How to get a visa to the Arab Republic of Egypt !
Visa to Egypt
A visa is required prior to entry into The Arab Republic of Egypt; Visitors to Egypt must obtain a visa from one of the Egyptian diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries or countries that are eligible for visa-on-arrival/ E-visa.
Visitors must hold passports that are valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival to Egypt. For more information about the visa exempted countries/ countries eligible for E-visa, please contact/visit the nearest embassy/consulate in your country.
Participants who are nationals of countries where there is no Egyptian representation or not eligible for Visa-on-Arrival/E-visa should send an email to [email protected] for further inquiries.
Participants from countries that are eligible for E-visa can apply using normal passport (requesting an E-Visa with Diplomatic, Service, Special, Official, Temporary, Nansen, Refugees, Mission, Alien’s, or July 51 Agreement Passport is not allowed at this stage).

Requirements for entry visa to Egypt:–
- A Valid passport for the next six months.
- Two color, passport-type photographs.
- RA-19, WRC-19 and CPM23-1 Invitation letter(s), as applicable
- RA-19, WRC-19 and CPM23-1 Confirmation of registration email(s), as applicable
Upon Arrival Visa
Citizens of the following countries can obtain visa upon arrival at any of the Egyptian ports of entry:
USA – UK – EU Nationals – Australia – Canada – Croatia – Georgia – Japan – New Zealand – Norway – Macedonia – South Korea – Russian Federation – Serbia – Ukraine
Pre Obtained Visa
Citizens of the following countries may apply for tourist or business types of visa for 60 days online through the eVisa system:

The Egyptian ministry of foreign affairs has informed all Egyptian embassies and consulates around the world to be aware and facilitate issuing visas for participants.
